Louis Barnett- 'I have worked within the drainage industry for 9 years.  Covering many different sectors including, Commercial ,domestic and predominantly Rail. My aspirations are to combine my knowledge and experience to create a safe working environment for all staff involved in our projects. Utilising my experience of dealing with high pressure situations, following protocol and delivering exactly what we say we will.

I have been involved in many projects from being the boots on the ground to construction & project managing. Delivering UV lining works, traditional pipe lining, Drainage renewals, CCTV operations & reporting, confined space entry and High pressure water jetting.

Delivering projects becomes an easy process, as we have built and maintained a secure and sustainable supply chain, allowing A&B Drainage Solutions to exceed all expectations and complete within deliverable timeframes.' 

Zak Ayling- 'The Groundworks and construction industry have been the focus of my career for the past 7 years. 

I have covered many different projects working mainly within the commercial sector. Leading teams to deliver bespoke shop and office fit outs.  Drainage and groundworks were the main focus for me, enabling construction and working with designers closely to ensure the customers requirements were met and the systems could be installed correctly and safely.

I intend to continue my career as director of A&B Drainage solutions, with the same values that I started with 7 years ago.  I believe all projects should be delivered sustainably, creating a long lasting infrastructure , by delivering works to the highest standard we will ensure this continues through our projects.

Reducing the need for future construction by designing and  installing sustainable drainage systems, is my main goal to improve the environmental impact of construction.'
